For less than a typical day in Disneyland, we would like to be part of your Bali experience. Included in our rates are kitchen privileges, wireless internet connection, full breakfast on your first morning, all day coffee, tea, water, reasonable amount of local calls, and airport pick-up (if staying one week or more).

• High Season (summer, winter, and Idul Fitri breaks): The whole villa is US$600 per night. On occasions we may extend single-room rentals during this period, in which case it would be $165 per night based on double occupancy. Minimum stay 2 nights.
• Low Season: Each room is US$150 per night based on double occupancy, or you can have the entire villa for $500. Minimum stay 2 nights.
• Extra beds are US$28.00 each per night.
• Airport pick up is complimentary with one week minimum stay. Otherwise, it is US$17.00 per car each way (we will send a minivan if it is available).
• Additional options: With advance notice we can arrange to have a cook for you on-location. Car and driver can be rented on a daily basis, and a professional masseuse is only a phone call away.
• Government tax: is 10% and is included in the above rates.

Payment methods: 50% down payment is required to guarantee your reservation, the balance to be paid upon arrival. We welcome cash and bank transfers, and can accept credit card payments through Paypal. Any refund will be made for the actual amount we receive, after all bank fees are deducted.

Check-in is after 15:00 hours, check-out by 12:00 noon.

Cancellation policy: Low season cancellations must be done 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Otherwise one-night's charge will be applied. During high season, 14 days advance notice is required for us to refund your 50% down payment. In the event that we are able to find a replacement for your booking then we will refund the amount we are able to recoup to you. Otherwise your down payment will be forfeited.
